With the holiday season quickly approaching, many people are ordering gifts and other items through the mail. Please be aware of a common scam going around involving package deliveries. Scammers will contact you by email or text saying that a package could not be delivered, and you need to verify your information. Please DO NOT respond to these unsolicited messages. Clicking the links and entering your information gives the scammer enough information to conduct fraudulent transactions using your account. When in doubt, visit the package delivery service’s official website or call their official number. Do not click on any links or use any of the information given in these electronic messages.
