OTIS Federal Credit Union Celebrates Branch Renovation with Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

OTIS FCU recently celebrated the completion of their stunning renovation with a private ribbon cutting ceremony. The team was honored to be joined by vendors, community members, and credit union staff to enjoy an evening of connection and celebration.
During the ceremony, OTIS FCU President/CEO Chris Bouchard took a moment to recognize those who took part in creating the modernized updates. He stated, “We wanted the space to represent what this community means to us, to all of you, to our members. … These are accommodations that we’ve made for the future, and for our growth, and we are happy to share that we are growing.”
The renovation included upgraded drive-up lanes, additional offices, a functional teller area, and a new lobby with design elements honoring the credit union’s heritage.
Following the ceremony, OTIS extended the celebration to thank members for their cooperation and loyalty during the renovations. The credit union gave away $50 to 50 members who were selected randomly from the current membership base. OTIS FCU is committed to offering an inviting and enhanced experience.
