Issues with Debit Transactions Resolved
We have had reports of OTIS debit cards not working properly. In communicating with our new card vendor, we discovered that there were network issues that were causing this, which CO-OP immediately escalated for resolution. We are happy to let you know that the issues with debit transactions have since been corrected, but please be aware that it may take a short period of time for all files to be completely updated on the merchants’ end.
