Safe deposit boxes will be available on Fridays during the renovation. If you need additional access, please call (800) 848-3688 to schedule.

We have a new flow of traffic for those who stop into our branch, and a new location for teller transactions. Please stop at our front desk and our Member Experience Representative will direct you to the appropriate waiting line.
The drive-up will remain open as much as possible; however, services will be limited during the renovation. Not available at the drive up:

Can I still walk in for my financial needs?
Yes, of course! Although staff may be re-located in alternate offices, our team is ready to assist you with your financial needs during renovations. Our doors are open!
Can I still see a teller during renovations?
Yes, absolutely! Tellers are located in offices and remain available throughout renovations. You can still conduct your regular business and receive the same level of service.
Can I still meet with a financial planner?
Our members will still have access to financial planning and related services through our partnership with Northeast Planning Associates, Inc. and LPL Financial.

Are you re-branding?
No, we are not re-branding. OTIS remains a pillar in the community, and we believe in staying true to our roots while also providing an innovative and modern experience for generations to come. We chose to refresh the building’s exterior to make our OTIS name pop!
