Once you have downloaded the Mobile Banking application, use your current username and accesscode for OTIS On-line and the system will then emailed you a one-time use password, make sure your e-mail that shows in the message is correct. If not contact us to have your email updated call us (207) 897-0900. Then you will simply follow the instructions on the email.
