Friday, December 5th | Adjusted Hours

We will be closing our lobby at 4:00pm as we prepare for our soft opening the following week. The drive-up lanes will be available for your banking needs until 5:30pm.

Drive-Up Teller Lanes

Our upgraded drive-up teller lanes (Lanes 2-4) are available for your banking needs.

Branch Entrance | Temporary Traffic Flow

Starting Tuesday, October 14, we will primarily use the side entrance for both incoming and outgoing foot traffic. This is a temporary adjustment to traffic flow while our construction crew works diligently on enhancing the new entrance and reception area.


Loans

Although loan appointments are not required, we encourage you to schedule appointments to ensure you are seen in a timely manner or apply online for all your lending needs. To schedule your appointment, call (800) 848-3688 or see the Member Experience Representative at the front desk.

Safe Deposit Boxes

Now accessible any time we are open – no appointments required. Please stop at our front desk if you are looking to access your safe deposit box.

Why are you renovating?

  • We’re updating our space to provide an efficient and modern experience for members and improve traffic flow in the building.

Why are you encouraging loan appointments?

  • We’re scheduling loan appointments to ensure members are helped in a timely manner, which will reduce member wait-times during renovations.
  • To ensure your lending needs are met efficiently and accurately.

Can I still walk in for my financial needs?

Yes, of course! Although staff may be re-located in alternate offices, our team is ready to assist you with your financial needs during renovations. Our doors are open!

Can I still see a teller during renovations?

Yes, absolutely! Tellers are located in offices and remain available throughout renovations. You can still conduct your regular business and receive the same level of service.

Can I still meet with a financial planner?

Our members will still have access to financial planning and related services through our partnership with Northeast Planning Associates, Inc. and LPL Financial.

Are you re-branding?

No, we are not re-branding. OTIS remains a pillar in the community, and we believe in staying true to our roots while also providing an innovative and modern experience for generations to come. We chose to refresh the building’s exterior to make our OTIS name pop!

When will renovations be completed?

The target completion date for our renovation is January 2026.
