Teller
We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and friendly Teller to join our team. Working on the teller line, you will assist members with their financial transactions. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a desire to provide outstanding member service in a dynamic, professional environment.
Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:20am-5:00pm

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Receiving and processing member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; selling money orders to members; and transferring amounts from member accounts as directed.
- Balancing cash drawer and daily transactions.
- Welcoming members, providing routine information concerning services, and directing members to appropriate departments.
- Posting transactions to member accounts and maintaining member records.
- Cross-selling credit union services.
- Performing other related duties, such as answering the telephone and faxing documents.
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Experience: 1-12 months of similar or related experience
- Education: High school education or GED
- Interpersonal Skills: Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a high degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
