Branch Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Branch Manager to join our team. In this leadership position, you will oversee daily operations of the branch, with a strong focus on team leadership and development, community partnerships, and delivering an exceptional member experience. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills.
Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:20am-5:00pm

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Hiring, reviewing, scheduling, training, and monitoring the work of branch personnel.
- Reviewing BSA-related reports, CTRs, and other reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitoring branch operating results and ensuring appropriate steps are taken to correct unsatisfactory conditions.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of Credit Union software, infrastructure, and products.
- Maintaining communication with various departments, preparing reports, and attending scheduled management meetings.
- Representing the branch as appropriate in its relationships with members, vendors, and other community groups.
- Monitoring all branch activities to ensure they are compliant with established Credit Union policies and procedures.
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Experience: 3-5 years of similar or related experience. Proven track record of fostering relationships with staff, leading multi-dimensional teams, and successful employee coaching.
- Education: High school education or GED
- Interpersonal Skills: Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a high degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
