OTIS Rewards Updates
April 17, 2025
We are reaching out to remind you about the upcoming rewards “blackout” period beginning this Monday, April 21 through mid-May. During this time, the redemption of rewards will be unavailable; however, points earned will continue to accumulate throughout this period.
Reward redemptions will still be available until April 21, 2025, via our Loyalty Rewards website.
Please Note: After the enhanced OTIS Rewards program is available, the online redemption platform will only be accessible through OTIS digital banking.
If you do not currently have an OTIS digital banking account, we encourage you to register today. Please visit https://www.otisfcu.coop/member-services/digital-banking/ for more information.
If you do not choose to open a digital banking account, OTIS Rewards points can be redeemed over the phone. The updated phone number will be made available on the Rewards page of our website upon rollout.
The new OTIS Rewards program will include additional benefits, such as

- Seamless login (Single Sign On) through digital banking
- Member accounts containing multiple cards will have access to a combined total of rewards points

In May 2025, our Lifestyle Loyalty Rewards program will transition to OTIS Rewards. This enhancement will include several perks:
- *NEW* E-Gift cards
- Improved support experience
- Seamless login (Single Sign On) through digital banking
- Member accounts containing multiple cards will have access to a combined total of rewards points
- And more!
Please Note: This transition will include a “blackout period,” during which the redemption of rewards will be unavailable. Points earned will continue to accumulate throughout this period. The “blackout” will run from April 21, 2025, until the official rollout date mid-May.

How many points do I receive per transaction?
Base Points for Credit Purchases
- 3x per dollar spent for grocery transactions
- 2x per dollar spent for gas transactions
- 1x per dollar spent for all other transactions
Base Points for Debit Purchases
- 1/3x (one-third) for every dollar spent
About Real-Time Redemption
What is Real-Time Redemption?
Real-Time Redemption is an instant way to redeem your points for discounts that are offered at participating merchants. These discounts will be available for you to choose after enough points have been earned and will be presented at the point of purchase. Discounts are currently offered for qualifying fuel and retail purchases.
How do I use Real-Time Redemption?
To redeem your points through Real-Time Redemption, a discount will be presented to you at the time of purchase in exchange for a certain number of points. Simply select “Yes” on the screen if you would like to take advantage of the discount, or “No” to decline and continue with the original purchase amount.
Where can I redeem my points using Real-Time Redemption?

- Shell
If a discount is selected at the time of purchase, only up to 20 gallons will be able to be pumped, which will be discounted at the noted rate per gallon.
The discount may vary depending upon the number of rewards points earned. An example given of a possible discount is $0.50 off per gallon by redeeming 2000 points.
Rewards points may not be able to be redeemed at every location. Other terms and conditions may apply.
