Unauthorized use of the OTIS Federal Credit Union (“Credit Union”) OTIS Digital website and its systems, unauthorized access to the Credit Union systems and misuse of passwords or any other information posted to this site is strictly prohibited.
Description of Service: OTIS Digital Banking & Mobile app are 24-hour free services provided by OTIS Federal Credit Union for its members to obtain information and perform secure transactions on their accounts.
Access: In order to use these services, you must have the ability and equipment to connect to the internet. You are responsible for any fees associated with such connection or access, such as those charged by an Internet Service Provider (ISP) or another online service.
Password and Security: OTIS Digital Banking & Mobile app are secure services, which require a valid username and password. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not write them down where others may see them. Do not make your password a common word that friends or family may be able to duplicate. We recommend a combination of upper- and lower-case letters as well as numbers and a symbol. You are responsible for all activity under your account and password.
If at any time you feel your online access credentials have been compromised, you agree to immediately change your credentials. Then report it to us by calling OTIS Federal Credit Union at 207-897-0900 (out of town 800-848-3688). OTIS Federal Credit Union will not be responsible for losses arising from your failure to comply with this section.
General Provisions: OTIS Digital Banking & Mobile app are services made available to you as a convenience and are not meant to replace any existing forms of delivery. You agree that OTIS Federal Credit Union is not responsible for any inability to access these services. The Credit Union will make reasonable attempts to make available this content online, but will not guarantee availability.
Disclaimer – No Warranties: The services, information and materials contained in this site are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, any warranty of accuracy, adequacy, or completeness of the services. OTIS Federal Credit Union expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions in the services or this information and materials. OTIS Federal Credit Union reserves the right to change these conditions at any time without notice.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Credit Union or any of its affiliates or non-affiliates be liable for any damages, losses or expenses, including without limitation, actual, direct or indirect, special or incidental damages or losses or expenses arising in connection with this site or any third party site or use of, or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if OTIS Federal Credit Union or any of its affiliates or non-affiliates are notified of the possibility of such damages.
Privacy Policy: Because the privacy of our members is very important, OTIS Federal Credit Union has adopted the following privacy policy: OTIS Federal Credit Union collects information on domain names and dates and times of website visits. This information allows us to track website use, measure site traffic, and improvise site navigation and information. OTIS Federal Credit Union may use your email for feedback information from members and non-members to respond to inquiries, comments or suggestions. This information is never sold, given, or disclosed to third parties.

Governing Laws: Use of this site is governed by applicable Federal and State laws and interpreted under the laws of the State of Maine. By downloading the software for the Service and/or accessing Digital Banking you also agree to remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Disclosure, Disclaimer and Agreement. Unauthorized use, access or attempted access is punishable by state and federal civil and criminal laws. All activity on this system is viewed, monitored and recorded. Any attempt to access or use this computer system renders consent to such monitoring and use. We may also deliver this information to law enforcement agencies for investigation and prosecution.
