We will be releasing our Orpheus unified upgrade Tuesday, June 9. The upgrade will take place from approximately midnight until 8 AM. This will affect both OTIS Mobile and OTIS Online.
What does this mean for you?
If you have the OTIS Mobile app, you will need to do an app update to take advantage of mobile banking’s new features.
These new features include the ability to:
- Stop payments
- Manage scheduled transfers
- Change username, password, and email address
OTIS Online will have a new look, along with the options to block and activate cards.
