How long have you worked at OTIS? In what capacities/different roles (if any)?
Five years in February. I started as a Teller, became a Member Specialist that processed consumer loans and mortgages, and now I am the Compliance Officer and Training Specialist. I have been Co-Chair of OTIS FCU’s Ending Hunger Committee for 3 years as well.

What is your favorite part of your job?
I enjoy working in such a supportive community.
What three words best define OTIS to you?
Member-centered, solid, and community driven.
What do you think makes OTIS special?
I’m borrowing this from Walt Disney’s Tigger: “The wonderful thing about OTIS FCU, is that OTIS FCU is a wonderful thing… but the most wonderful thing about OTIS FCU is that we are the only one.” 😊
What are some of your favorite things to do outside of work?
I am a small-time farmer that puts on his compliance shoes and training pants Monday through Friday. I also co-parent 2 fun kids and do stand-up comedy.
