Members of OTIS FCU,
Please be advised that OTIS Federal Credit Union will be closed on Monday, March 22nd, 2021. While we will resume our normal business hours on on Tuesday, March 23rd, we unfortunately must continue the suspension of in-branch banking at this time.
Over the weekend, we were notified of a fifth employee who has tested positive for COVID-19. During tomorrow’s closure, our cleaners will conduct a deep and thorough cleaning of the building. We are advising all employees who may have been a close contact of the positive individual to contact their Primary Care Physician for guidance on whether or not they need to be tested.
As a reminder:
OTIS FCU participates in the CO-OP Shared Branching Network. Shared Branching allows you to conduct most teller transactions (including withdrawals, deposits, loan payments, and credit card cash advances) free of charge at participating credit unions. For locations near you, please visit https://www.otisfcu.coop/services/shared-branching/
We also participate in two surcharge-free ATM Networks. For these locations, please visit https://www.otisfcu.coop/surcharge-free-atms/
To submit a Loan Application from your phone or computer, please visit our Auto Loans, Personal Loans, and/or Credit Card pages here at otisfcu.coop.
For your convenience, we will be processing all Night Deposit transactions throughout the day while our lobby is closed.
We continue to be in close communication with our dedicated contact at the Maine CDC. If you are identified as a close contact of a COVID-positive individual, you will receive a call from the Maine CDC informing you and advising you regarding any further actions.
Our employees remain optimistic, and, as always, dedicated to serving you. We are all looking forward to resuming normal in-branch banking when it is safe to do so.
We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this interruption has caused, and are grateful for your continued understanding. We appreciate all of the kind words and support we have received from our loyal membership, and we feel blessed to be part of such a strong and caring community.
