We are pleased to announce that our lobby is now open in a limited capacity for Teller transactions. Please read the following information carefully.
Due to social distancing requirements, we are limited to welcoming thirteen members at a time into our lobby. We will have a greeter present at our entrance to assist in welcoming you.
Teller transactions include the following:
- Check Cashing
- Deposits, Withdrawals and Transfers
- Loan and Credit Card Payments/Payoffs
- Credit Card Advances
- Shared Branching
- Money Orders and Cashier Checks
- Gift Cards
Our Tellers are able to assist one member at a time. For a transaction on a joint account, this means that only one of the account holders will be able to come into our lobby to complete the transaction. If conducting separate transactions, however, both account holders are welcome to enter.
For the safety of our staff and all of our members, we respectfully request that if you are ill, if you are showing any symptoms of being ill, or if you have been around anyone who has been/is currently ill, that you refrain from entering our lobby at this time.
While we apologize for any inconvenience, our public restroom will remain closed for the time being.
As always, our Drive-Thru will be available from 9 AM – 5 PM Monday through Friday. OTIS Online, OTIS Mobile, OTIS Talk (audio banking), and our Online Loan and Credit Card Applications are also conveniently available for your banking needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are always happy to assist you with these services.
For all other services and/or inquiries, our staff will continue to assist you either over the phone or online.
