Menu Mode is the default for OTIS Talk and is the best option for beginners. It will walk you through each transaction. |

Expert Mode is for the expert OTIS Talk user. This is a faster option, as long as you know the codes. |

Getting started to use OTIS TALK for the first Time
To do so, simply call the credit union phone number 897-0900 or 1-800-848-3688
Press 2 for OTIS TALK
Once connected to OTIS Talk you will be greeted by the following:
Thank you for calling OTIS Talk
For the main menu of services Press 1.
Enter 1 to get started
Please enter your account number followed by the pound sign (#)
Enter your number and the # sign.
From your account number, OTIS Talk will recognize that this is your first time calling. OTIS talk will prompt you for the following information:
Thank you for using your audio system you will be required to
Enter your new access code followed by the pound sign (#) If you have an ATM card you may want to use the same access code
Enter your 4 digit number (access code) and the # sign.
Enter your secondary access code followed by the pound sign (#)
Enter a second different 4 digit number (secondary access code) and the # sign.
On your first call only to OTIS Talk, it will ask you to input the social security number of the primary account holder.
Enter your social security number for verification followed by the pound sign (#)
Enter your social security number and Press 1 to confirm
You are now able to use OTIS TALK. All future calls will require you to enter your account number, your first and secondary codes. |

Helpful Hints: |

- Only a touch-tone telephone can be used to access OTIS TALK.
- OTIS TALK is available for a maximum of 10 minutes per call.
- In Expert Mode, enter the # key after each entry. Dollar amounts are entered without decimals. $150.40 would be entered as 15040#.
- To identify your account ID numbers: In the "Menu Mode," enter 1 for "Balance Inquiries" then 1 for "List of Open Shares."
- To identify your loan ID numbers: In the "Menu Mode," enter 1 for "Loan Information" then 4 for "List of Open Loans."
- Enter dates as six digit numbers. For instance: July 3, 2007 would be 070307.
