Signing up for CU e-statements is easy! Just follow these simple step by step instructions:
1. Log in to OTIS On-line.
2. Click CUe-statements from the main menu.
3. Modify CUe-Statements Preferences screen, please verify your email is correct, if not please change it now then click continue.
4. Disclosure page will come up. Please read the disclosure and verify your email is correct, if so click continue.
5.Consent and Authorization page: please read and accept and you will be logged into CUe-statements.
Note: After vieiwing your statements, you should always click "logout" (withing CUe-statements) then click the "close window" button. You will still be logged into OTIS On-line. If you are done with OTIS On-line you should click "End Session". These steps will clear cookies , which hold personal information, on your computer.
Shortly after finishing these steps, you will receive an automated email confirming successful setup.
During this process if it appears you are stuck in OTIS On-line, please look across the top of your screen you may have a Pop up error message.
If you use Internet Explorer right click on yellow pop up message always allow this site.
If you use Firefox click on the options button on the right of the screen and then click allow pop ups for mcw2.synergentcorpcom.
If you are setting up more than one account you will need to close your Internet Browser and start over for the second account.
If you do not get an email from us stating you have been set up for CUe-statements, please contact us for help as soon as possible at 897-0900 Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. |
